Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

Overview
RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days after delivery date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
Unless there is a problem with the product itself, or you are uncomfortable with the product
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email customer service with your purchase order number & reasons for your return at sales.yurenfood@gmail.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, pack the packaging and mail your return to the following address:

You will need to use the prepaid shipping label enclosed with your package. Unconditional return shipping charges will be paid by the buyers. Exchange shipping charges will be paid by both buyers & sellers(50%-50%). Any Product-level problems’ shipping charges will be paid by the sellers. The returned shipping box must be a similar size to the product and cannot be too large.
Refunds
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least three (3) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
EXCEPTIONS
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
● Food cannot be returned or exchanged after unpacking
For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange.
Please Note
● No refunds or exchanges for products received more than two weeks after receipt. Product packaging must be intact and not unpacked when returning. If the product has its own quality problems, or you have any discomfort with the product itself. Please contact Gohike Outdoor Shop first to send product photos to the following email address: sales.yurenfood@gmail.com, stating the reason, and attaching the purchase order number. We will process your refund as soon as possible.
